Role details

We are looking for a seasoned project manager to drive digital delivery with clarity, ownership, and calm communication—ideal for someone who thrives in a distributed, freelance collaboration model.

What you will do

  • Plan and prioritize workstreams; track risks and dependencies
  • Be the primary bridge between clients and our delivery team—requirements, scope, and status
  • Work with Agile/Kanban tooling; keep milestones realistic and visible
  • Support QA handoffs and release readiness

What we look for

  • 2+ years in IT, agency, or product environments
  • Strong English (written and spoken); Russian or Armenian is a plus
  • Self-directed execution—you do not need daily micromanagement
