Information we may collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may process: account and contact details (name, email, phone, company); technical data (IP address, browser type, device); branding materials and prompts you upload to AI Marketing; communications you send through forms or email; and payment transaction metadata related to AmeriaBank vPOS (order ID, payment ID, amount, currency, status, masked card PAN if returned by the bank, approval codes, timestamps). We do not collect or store full card numbers or CVV on Scorpion servers — those are entered on AmeriaBank’s payment pages.

How we use information

We use this information to provide accounts and AI Marketing, process and reconcile coin purchases, prevent fraud, improve our website, communicate with you, and comply with legal obligations (including bookkeeping and responding to payment disputes).

Payment processors

Card payments are processed by AmeriaBank. When you pay, personal and payment data necessary for the transaction are processed by AmeriaBank under its own policies and banking regulations. We receive confirmation and status data required to credit Scorpion Coins and maintain order history in Filament/admin records.

Google APIs and OAuth

Some features use Google Cloud APIs (for example, the Google Business Profile API) with OAuth credentials owned by Scorpion to read and display information about our own business listing, including public reviews shown on this site. Using this public marketing website does not by itself grant us access to your personal Google account. If we offer optional Google sign-in in other products, we will describe it separately and request only the minimum scopes needed.

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements where they apply.

Retention & security

We retain account, wallet, and payment records as needed for service delivery, accounting, and dispute resolution, and apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect them.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data. Contact us at the details shown on the site to exercise these rights. Payment data held by AmeriaBank may need to be requested from the bank as well.
